No Boundaries partners provide students a connection to their community and help them realize the opportunities available to them in their own communities. Students can take on important, non-mission-critical projects for your organization. These are the projects on your to-do list, but you just don’t have the time or staff to dedicate to them. These projects provide students with the opportunity to learn and refine soft skills through the School Values / Universal Constructs. These projects, not tasks, give students authentic, real projects within their community. They learn through doing!

A No Boundaries partner's job is to present the description of a project or problem their organization faces, meet with the project team in regular intervals in Partner Meetings. These typically last 45 - 60 minutes, they should be available to answer questions in between meetings, the team works together to problem solve and answer questions before reaching out and provide feedback and guidance to the team. If you have a project idea in mind, please use the Partner Pitch Planning Form - used to help name and define the project, minimal viable product, partner availability, etc.
